Charles, recently joining Provencio Advisory Services, has over 14 years of health care consulting experience performing health care industry financial and operational studies, and creating operating and business plans. Charles worked for Arthur Andersen in their Healthcare Operational Consulting Practice for 5 years from 1991 to 1995. From 1995 to 2002, Charles was a Senior Manager at APM Management Consultants/CSC Healthcare helping numerous health care providers formulate organization strategies, streamline operations, restructure care delivery and implement organizational change. Prior to joining Provencio Advisory Services, Charles was a senior manager at Capgemini (formerly Ernst and Young Consulting) working in their Healthcare Strategy and Transformation division from 2002 to 2005.
Charles received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of California at Los Angeles and his Masters in Business Administration/Masters in Public & Private Administration from Yale University School of Management.
Charles has also written healthcare redesign and reengineering papers and has participated in several speaking engagements on healthcare performance improvement and was the co-author and lead trainer for Capgemini Ernst & Young's Program Management training.
